Jacob Bennett is a public school kindergarten teacher at Old Post Road Elementary School in Harford County Maryland. This past year, Jacob helped lead his school in piloting a new phonics curriculum. Jacob is currently finishing his masters degree in School Improvement Leadership from Goucher College. When not teaching, Jacob enjoys spending time with his wife Abbie and baby girl Ada, serving on his local County Council and serving on the Maryland State Education Association Board of Directors.
