teachers teach teachers
At the Goyen Foundation, we produce and share videos of great reading instruction because we know that teachers want to see the science of reading in action. Through our fellowship program, we work with some of the best reading teachers in the country to make this happen.
Over the past year, we have used our fellows’ videos and expertise to start Teachers Teach Teachers (TTT), a PD program where we convene educators to watch, discuss, and learn from our fellows’ work. Our sessions are always led by educators because we believe that when teachers teach teachers, teachers learn.
TTT is built around a simple idea: watch videos of real teachers teaching, talk with those teachers about what they did and why, try it out yourself, and improve your practice!
We are ready to bring this model to schools and district and are currently seeking pilot sites for the 2025-26 school year. Interested? Fill out this form.
