Sandra Jenoski
Sandra Jenoski is a first grade teacher at Hildreth Elementary School in Harvard, Massachusetts, with over 25 years of experience dedicated to supporting young learners and their literacy development. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Master’s Degree in Literacy and Language, and a Reading Specialist License (K–12). Throughout her career, Sandra has been committed to understanding how children learn to read and write and to implementing research-supported, evidence-based literacy practices that provide all students with access to effective instruction that they need to become confident, successful readers and writers. She is trained in Releasing Writers (formerly thinkSRSD), a set of research-supported writing practices aligned with the science of writing. She is committed to exploring effective ways to teach writing while supporting the development of students’ self-regulation and executive functioning skills. Outside of the classroom, Sandra enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, Ryan (21) and Ben (19).
